Nếu cuộn tròn: chiều dài cộng hai lần đường kính là 170 mm, nhưng kích thước chiều lớn nhất không nhỏ hơn 100 mm<\/p>\n\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Dịch vụ giá trị gia tăng<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>a. Chấp nhận tại địa chỉ: Bưu điện đến địa chỉ khách hàng để nhận bưu gửi theo yêu cầu hoặc theo hợp đồng đã kí kết.<br \/>\nb. Đóng gói: Bưu điện cung cấp bao bì, đóng gói bưu gửi theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.<br \/>\nc. Phát hàng thu tiền COD: Khi phát bưu gửi, Bưu điện thu hộ một khoản tiền từ người nhận và thanh toán khoản tiền đó cho người gửi bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản.<br \/>\nd. Khai giá (V): Bưu điện bồi thường cho khách hàng theo trị giá bưu gửi kê khai vào thời điểm chấp nhận bưu gửi trong trường hợp bưu gửi bị mất, hỏng do lỗi của Bưu điện Việt Nam.<br \/>\ne. Rút lại bưu gửi: Bưu điện dừng việc chuyển phát bưu gửi để chuyển lại cho người gửi. Dịch vụ này chỉ áp dụng cho bưu phẩm bảo đảm chưa hết thời gian toàn trình và không bị tịch thu hoặc tiêu hủy theo quy định của pháp luật.<br \/>\nf. Thay đổi họ tên, địa chỉ người nhận bưu gửi: Bưu điện chuyển phát bưu gửi đến người nhận và\/hoặc địa chỉ nhận khác với người nhận\/địa chỉ nhận trên bưu gửi. Dịch vụ này chỉ áp dụng cho bưu phẩm bảo đảm chưa hết thời gian toàn trình và không bị tịch thu hoặc tiêu hủy theo quy định của pháp luật.<br \/>\ng. Thu cước nơi người nhận (C): Bưu điện thực hiện chuyển phát bưu gửi và thu ở người nhận các khoản cước phát sinh theo hợp đồng đã ký kết với người nhận\/người gửi.<br \/>\nh. Phát tận tay (PTT): Bưu điện phát bưu gửi đến đúng người nhận. Dịch vụ Phát tận tay không được áp dụng khi người nhận là lãnh đạo các cơ quan Đảng, chính quyền trung ương và địa phương. <br \/>\ni. Báo phát (AR): Bưu điện lấy kí nhận của người nhận bưu gửi trên Phiếu báo phát hoặc trên mẫu biên nhận của khách hàng để chuyển lại cho người gửi.<br \/>\nj. Báo phát SMS\/Email (AR SMS\/AR Email): Bưu điện gửi tin nhắn SMS\/Email đến số điện thoại\/địa chỉ email mà người gửi cung cấp khi gửi bưu gửi để thông báo kết quả phát.<br \/>\nk. Phát đồng kiểm (PĐK): Bưu điện kiểm đếm số lượng bưu gửi hoặc kiểm đếm chi tiết nội dung bưu gửi khi chấp nhận và phát bưu gửi; lấy dấu xác nhận của cơ quan, tổ chức nhận lên Biên bản giao nhận hoặc mẫu chứng từ giao nhận của khách hàng rồi chuyển lại cho người gửi.<br \/>\nl. Lưu ký: Bưu điện giữ bưu phẩm tại điểm phục vụ bưu chính và thông báo để người nhận trực tiếp đến nhận. <br \/>\nn. Hộp thư thuê bao: Bưu điện cho khách hàng thuê hộp thư tại điểm phục vụ bưu chính để nhận bưu phẩm. Mỗi hộp thư được đánh số riêng và chỉ dành cho một khách hàng.<br \/>\no. Chuyển hoàn: Bưu điện chuyển lại bưu phẩm bảo đảm không phát được theo yêu cầu của người gửi trên Vận đơn.<br \/>\nKhách hàng có thể lựa chọn thời gian và phương thức thực hiện việc chuyển hoàn bưu phẩm bảo đảm như sau:<br \/>\n- Ngay sau khi phát bưu gửi tại địa chỉ khách hàng lần thứ hai (02) không thành công; hoặc hai (02) ngày sau khi phát giấy mời lần thứ hai (02) mà khách hàng không đến bưu cục để nhận bưu gửi;<br \/>\n- Khi hết thời gian lưu giữ theo quy định của Bưu điện Việt Nam; <br \/>\n- Sau thời gian Khách hàng yêu cầu.<\/p>\n\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Khiếu nại, bồi thường<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>1. Thời hiệu khiếu nại<br \/>\na. Sáu (06) tháng kể từ ngày kết thúc thời gian toàn trình của bưu gửi đối với khiếu nại về việc mất bưu gửi, chuyển phát bưu gửi chậm so với thời gian toàn trình đã công bố; trường hợp thời gian toàn trình của dịch vụ chưa được công bố thì thời hiệu này được tính từ ngày bưu gửi được chấp nhận.<br \/>\nb. Một (01) tháng kể từ ngày bưu gửi được phát cho người nhận đối với khiếu nại về việc bưu gửi bị suy suyển, hư hỏng, về giá cước và các nội dung khác có liên quan trực tiếp đến bưu gửi.<br \/>\n2. Thời hạn giải quyết khiếu nại<br \/>\na. Thời hạn giải quyết khiếu nại tối đa đối với dịch vụ trong nước là hai (02) tháng kể từ ngày khiếu nại được tiếp nhận.<br \/>\nb. Thời hạn giải quyết khiếu nại tối đa đối với dịch vụ quốc tế là ba (03) tháng kể từ ngày khiếu nại được tiếp nhận.<br \/>\n3. Nguyên tắc bồi thường<br \/>\n- Việc bồi thường thiệt hại trong trường hợp bưu gửi bị mất, hư hỏng hoặc bị tráo đổi toàn bộ được xác định theo mức giới hạn trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại toàn bộ đối với dịch vụ mà khách hàng sử dụng.<br \/>\n- Việc bồi thường trong trường hợp bưu gửi bị mất, hư hỏng hoặc tráo đổi một phần được xác định trên cơ sở thiệt hại thực tế, nhưng không cao hơn mức giới hạn trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại toàn bộ đối với dịch vụ mà khách hàng sử dụng, trừ trường hợp Bưu điện và khách hàng có thỏa thuận khác.<br \/>\n- Mức giới hạn trách nhiệm bồi thường do Bưu điện ban hành trên cơ sở mức bồi thường do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền quy định.<br \/>\n- Tiền bồi thường được thanh toán bằng đồng Việt Nam, việc chi trả được thực hiện một lần trừ trường hợp Bưu điện Việt Nam và khách hàng có thỏa thuận khác.<br \/>\n- Tiền bồi thường được trả cho người gửi, trừ trường hợp có thỏa thuận khác; trường hợp bưu gửi bị hư hỏng, mất một phần mà người nhận đồng ý nhận phần còn lại thì tiền bồi thường được trả cho người nhận.<br \/>\n- Việc bồi thường thiệt hại trực tiếp được thực hiện trên cơ sở hợp đồng cung ứng và sử dụng dịch vụ bưu chính. Không bồi thường thiệt hại gián tiếp ngoài hợp đồng hoặc các nguồn lợi không thu được do việc cung ứng dịch vụ bưu chính không bảo đảm chất lượng mà hai bên đã thỏa thuận.<br \/>\n4. điểm khác biệt rõ ràng so với vận tải bằng đường biển, đường bộ… Chúng ta có thể thấy rõ rằng chuyển hàng bằng máy bay là nhanh nhất, an toàn nhất, nhưng chi phí cao nhất. Máy bay có tốc độ cao nhất trong các phương thức vận tải hiện nay. Trung bình máy bay chở hàng hoặc chở khách có tốc độ bình quân vào khoảng 800-1000km\/h, rất cao so với các phương thức phổ biến khác như tàu biển (12-25 hải lý\/giờ), tàu hỏa (ở Việt Nam chỉ khoảng 60-80km\/h), hoặc ô tô tải (60-80km\/h). Tôi thấy có lẽ chỉ có phương thức truyền tải điện năng là nhanh hơn máy bay mà thôi!<\/p>\n\n<p>Thứ hai, vận tải bằng máy bay cũng có tính an toàn cao nhất. Bạn có thể nghe thấy những vụ tai nạn máy bay thảm khốc, nhưng thực tế đường hàng không lại an toàn hơn nhiều so với đường bộ, đường sắt, và đường biển.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ngoài ra còn phải kể đến những ưu điểm khác như:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><b>Không bị cản trở bởi bề mặt địa hình<\/b> như đường bộ hay đường thủy, do đó có thể kết nối được gần như tất cả các quốc gia trên thế giới<\/li>\n\t<li><b>Dịch vụ nhanh chóng, đúng giờ<\/b>, nhờ vào tốc độ bay rất nhanh và đặc tính hàng hóa thường có giá trị cao hoặc dễ hư hỏng<\/li>\n\t<li><b>Giảm thiểu tổn thất phát sinh<\/b> do làm hàng, đổ vỡ, hay trộm cắp vặt gây ra <\/li>\n\t<li><b>Phí bảo hiểm vận chuyển thấp hơn<\/b> do ít rủi ro hơn các phương thức khác<\/li>\n\t<li><b>Phí lưu kho thường tối thiểu<\/b> do đặc tính hàng hóa và tốc độ xử lý thủ tục nhanh chóng…<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Đó là những điểm lợi thế của vận chuyển hàng hóa bằng máy bay.
